Pet Import Requirements in Morocco
All documents regarding the importation of pets must be stamped by the consulate. Dogs and cats imported into the country must have a health certificate. All other pets must be certified free of diseases transmittable to people or to animals. Birds with parrot beaks must have a signed statement by the proprietor indicating that the birds will neither be sold nor used for commercial purposes. 

Pet import documentation: Health Certificate signed by a veterinarian and dated less than 2 weeks prior to departure; Proof of veterinary inoculations; original Rabies certificate issued at least 30 days and no more than 180 days prior to entry; an import permit issued by the Chef du Service Veterinaire in Morocco is required for hamsters, guinea pigs and gerbils.
